Ms. Allison Tanner Harris, age 26, of Gadsden, Alabama formerly of Adairsville, Georgia, passed away unexpectedly September 4, 2021.

She was born September 7, 1994, in Cartersville, Georgia to Jeff Tanner and Pamela Slaughter Tanner. She will always be remembered as a daughter, a sister, a granddaughter, and a friend, but Allison's proudest accomplishment was being a mother. Allison devoted her life to her children and loved every minute of it. She always lived life to the fullest, not taking it for granted. She was outgoing, enjoyed being on the water riding jet skis, and traveling. She was preceded in death by her grandparents, Annell Tanner and Trammell and Carolyn Bennett.

She is s urvived by her precious children whom she loved more than anything in this world , Keidric Johnson, JR , Aurianah Harris , Gabriella Moore , and Adalynne Hughley ; father, Jeff Tanner; mother, Pamela Tanner; stepmother, Cheryl Tanner; grandfather, Marvin Tanner; sister, Erin Tanner; nieces, Zoey Higginbotham, Zaryiah Tanner, Zalaysia Tanner, and Zakeely Tanner; several aunts, uncles, and cousins .

A Celebration of Allison's Life will be held Friday, September 10, 2021, at 2:00 PM from the chapel of Barton Funeral Home, Adairsville with Rev. Tommy Phillips officiating. Interment will follow in Blackwood Baptist Church Cemetery , Calhoun. Pallbearers will include Charvez Harris, Keidric Johnson, SR, Bryant Womack, Jay Wells, Buddy Phillips, and Jarmaine Dandridge. Honorary pallbearers will be Donnie Mealer, Mitchell Black and Timmy Black.

The family will receive friends Friday from 12:00 PM until 2:00 PM at Barton Funeral Home.
