Obituary
Mrs. Amanda Romine Brown, 40, of Rydal, passed away Sunday, January 12, 2014 at Cartersville Medical Center.
She was born in Rome, GA, June 17, 1973, daughter of Vivian Romine and the late Freddie Romine, Jr. She was a member of Mt. Pleasant Baptist Church and a loving wife, mother and daughter. She was preceded in death by her father; sister, Connie Romine.
Survivors include her husband, Arnie Brown of Rydal; 2 daughters, Amber Avery of Rydal and Alexis Brown of Rydal; mother, Vivian Romine of Rydal; brother, Donald Romine of Douglasville; mother-in-law, Janieth Muse of Dalton; two nephews, Mark and Mathew Romine; several aunts, uncles, nieces and nephews.
Funeral services will be held Thursday, January 16, 2014, at 3:00 PM at Mt. Pleasant Baptist Church, Rydal with Rev. Donnie Summey officiating. Interment will follow in Mt. Pleasant Baptist Church Cemetery. Pallbearers include Bobby Johnson, Peter Grant, Glenn Hibberts, Jasper James, David Long, and Randal Hibberts.
The family will receive friends Thursday from 1:00 PM until 3:00 PM at Mt. Pleasant Baptist Church, Rydal.
