Obituary
Mrs. Betty Ann Dinning, 81, of Highway 140, Adairsville passed away Sunday, June 1, 2014.
Mrs. Dinning was born in Gordon County, Georgia, October 23, 1932, daughter of the late Willie Frank Baker and Gladys Williams Baker. She was a member of Oothcalooga Baptist Church. Mrs. Dinning enjoyed attending gospel singings with her husband and spending time with her family. She was preceded in death by her parents, husband, James Ralph Dinning on May 30, 2014; 3 brothers, Neal Baker, Frank Baker, and Arthur Baker.
She is survived by her children, Barbara and Albert Edwards of Calhoun and Ann and Daniel Davis of Dalton; granddaughter, Aimee Henson and Rex Lowe of Calhoun; great-grandson, Jason Henson of Calhoun; 2 sisters, Opal Lau of Calhoun and Mildred Brown of Calhoun; brother, Boyd Baker of Resaca; several stepchildren, step grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
Funeral services will be held Monday, June 2, 2014, at 3:00 PM in the chapel of Barton Funeral Home with Rev. Gary Hibberts officiating. Interment will follow in Eastview Cemetery, Adairsville.
The family will receive friends Monday from 12:00 PM until 3:00 PM at Barton Funeral Home, Adairsville.
