Obituary
Mr. Billy "Rickey" Neal, 63, of Sparky Trail, Rydal, passed away Saturday, August 19, 2017.
He was born in Cartersville, GA, July 8, 1954, son of the late Billy Joe Neal and Imogene Duncan Pope. Mr. Neal was a member of Stamp Creek Baptist Church and retired from Mohawk Industries. He loved everything about nature and animals, from being outside or just simply watching it on the television. He was a good heart family man who was loved by many. He was preceded in death by his parents and brother, Donald Neal.
Survivors include his loving wife of thirty-two years, Darlene Neal of Rydal; twin brother, Ronnie Neal of Cartersville; half-brothers, Terry Neal and Jason Neal of Cartersville; stepdad, Billy Pope of South Carolina and several nieces and nephews.
A celebration of Rickey's life will be held Friday, August 25, 2017 at 11:00 AM from Stamp Creek Baptist Church with Rev. Corey Martin officiating.
The family will receive friends Friday from 10:00 AM until 11:00 AM at the church.
