Mrs. Brenda Joyce Adcock Price, age 80, of Adairsville, passed away peacefully Monday March 11, 2024.

Joyce was born in the Folsom community in Bartow County Georgia, February 12, 1944, daughter of the late Clyde Allen Adcock and Fannie Pearl Quarles Adcock. She was also preceded in death by her husband, David Price and brothers, Marvin, Pat, and Kenny Adcock. A true animal lover, Joyce always made sure to leave a little food out for the birds and the neighborhood cats and dogs. She enjoyed bird watching and a good trip to the casino. She was a loving mother and grandmother whom her family cherished.

She is survived by her children, Pamela Jean Parker and husband Darrell, Sonja Denise Redd and fiancé Michael White, Steven Dwayne Baker and wife Becky and Linda Baker; grandchildren, Earon Parker, Courtney Baker, Ashley Parker, Cody Baker, Megan Redd, and Roger Redd; great-grandchildren, Ryleigh Parker, Karsyn Parker, and Landon Redd and Kash Walker; and several nieces and nephews.

A celebration of Joyce's life will be held Sunday, March 17, 2024, at 3:00PM from the chapel of Barton Funeral Home. The family will receive friends from 2:00PM until 3:00PM at the funeral home.
