Carl Douglas Towe, "Doug", age 57, of Plainville, GA, passed away suddenly July 1, 2025, at AdventHealth Murray. He was born in Rome, GA, March 3, 1968,

Survivors include his father, Carl Towe and wife, Dianne; mother, Linda Kelley Holloway; son, Cody Peace; grandson, Elijah; brother, William Jamar Towe; sister, Vickie Lynn Pearson; stepsisters, Shelia Whitfield (James) and Debbie Whitehouse; special cousin, Charlotte Towe and several nieces, nephews, and dear friends.

Doug was known for his big personality and love for people. A jokester at heart, he was always ready to cut up and bring laughter to those around him. His humor and warmth made him a person that, if you knew him, you liked him. Doug was of the Baptist faith and a car salesman for numerous years. He will be remembered fondly by all who had the pleasure of knowing him.

A Celebration of Doug's life will be held on Saturday, July 19, 2025, at 11:00AM at Dry Creek Baptist Church with Reverends Larry Towe ans Reggie Nation officiating.
