Ms. Cicely Ann Carter, age 40, of 108 Oakdale Drive, Adairsville, passed away Thursday morning, April 17, 2014 at Kindred Hospital, Rome.

She was born in Floyd County, March 19, 1974.   She was a graduate of Adairsville High School and had been employed at Crown Craft. She was preceded in death by her mother, Virginia R. Carter; grandparents, John and Ada Reynolds and Ernest and Lucille Carter; brother, Jackie Carter

Those left to cherish her memories are her parents, Leroy and Bobbie Carter of Cartersville; grandfather, Earnest Hayes of Adairsville; 5 sisters and brother-in-law, Darlene Carter Bryant of Rome, Angela Laverne Carter of Adairsville, Alisa Juanette Carter of Adairsville, Stephanie and Billy Wilkins of Cartersville, Crissy Fisher of Summerville; 2 brothers, Jeffery McDaniel of Adairsville and Chris Brewer of Cartersville; several aunts, uncles, nieces and nephews.

Funeral Services will be held Tuesday, April 22, 2014 at 3:00 PM at Adairsville Body of Christ Church with Evangelist Xavier Christian officiating. Interment will follow at Poplar Springs Cemetery in Adairsville. Steven Gardner, Chad Harris, Cedric Barrett, Jermaine Wilson, Keith Howard, Kirk Reynolds, Syneca Watters, and Cardale Carter will serve as pallbearers. Deirdra Creamer, Debbie Pullum, Lorraine Alexander, Gloria Wilkey, Petina Reynolds, Teresia Slocum, Kathryn Carter, and Cassaundra Carter will serve as flower ladies.

The family will receive friends from 1:00 PM until 3:00 PM on Tuesday at Adairsville Body of Christ Church.
