Charlene Annette Black, 71, passed away peacefully Friday, December 15, 2023, surrounded by her loving family.

Charlene was born in Calhoun, Georgia, April 25, 1952, daughter of the late Charlie Shaw and Eunice Shaw Langley. She was also preceded in death by her granddaughter, Hannah Black; brother, Lanny Shaw; and sister, Darlene Shaw. She was a faithful Christian and of the Church of God faith. Charlene was a loving mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother, her children and grandchildren were her greatest accomplishment. She enjoyed the outdoors and had a green thumb that could make any vegetable or flower grow. The family will cherish her memory in their hearts forever.

She is survived by her loving companion of 50 years, Noel Black; beloved sons, Greg Webb (Janna) and Richard Black (Regan); grandchildren, Justin Webb (Courtney), Austin Webb (Alexis), Mason Webb, Will Cox, Weston Cox, Owen Lingerfelt, Kendal Black, Hadlee Black, and Stryker Black; great-grandchildren, Luke and Peyton Webb.

Honoring her wishes Charlene will be cremated.
