Mr. Charles Alvin Shepherd, 60, of Kingston passed away on Friday, December 4, 2020, at his residence.

Mr. Shepherd was born in Logan, West Virginia, August 31, 1960, son of the late Charles Shepherd and Aretta Messer Shepherd. He was man of God and attended several churches over the years. Charles enjoyed living a simple a life, lover of music and the outdoors. He was a great partner, father, brother, grandfather, and friend. He was preceded in death by his parents

He is survived by his life partner and mother of his children, Emily Rizer Jones' children, Alvin Jones, Charles Jones, and Alyssa Jones; grandchildren, Gabriella Jones, Hailey Ross, Pamela Ross, Alvin Jones, Jr., Sarah Jones, Dennis Pestka, Jr., and Jayden Pestka; brothers, Rickey and Christina Shepherd and Morgan Shepherd; several loving and devoted family, nieces, nephews, and friends.

Per his wishes he was cremated and a memorial service will be held at a later date.
