Obituary
Mr. Clifford Alvin "C.A." McClure, Jr, 47, of Connesena Road, Kingston, passed away Wednesday, September 3, 2014 at the residence.
He was born in Gilmer County, GA, September 19, 1966, son Fay White McClure and the late Clifford Alvin McClure, Sr. C.A. was a member of the Connesena Baptist Church and a diehard Atlanta Falcons fan. He enjoyed spending time with his wife, children and family. He was preceded in death by his father.
Survivors include his wife of fifteen years, Tina Ford McClure of Kingston; daughters, Faith and Charity McClure of Kingston; mother, Fay McClure of Rome; sisters, Debra Miller of Adairsville, Karen (Johnny) Prentice of Adairsville, Tracy McClure of Adairsville; brother, Michael (Ruby) McClure of Cartersville; father-in-law and mother-in-law, Cecil and Carol Ford of Kingston; brothers-in-law, Darrell Green of Kingston and Randy Green of Adairsville; sisters-in-law, Cathy Green of Kingston and Selena (Chuck) Cape of Calhoun and several nieces and nephews.
Funeral services will be held Saturday, September 6, 2014, at 11:00 AM from the chapel of Barton Funeral Home, Adairsville with Rev. Stacey Nicholson and Rev. Tim Samples officiating. Interment will follow in Connesena Baptist Church Cemetery, Kingston. Pallbearers include Christian Miller, Adam Miller, Justin West, Ricky McClure, Brandon McClure and Jimmy Blackmon. Honorary pallbearers include Tim Glover, Frank Samples, and Johnny Oliver.
The family will receive friends Friday from 7:00 PM until 9:00 PM at Barton Funeral Home, Adairsville.
