Mr. Daniel "Danny" Lamar Lockridge, age 60, of Adairsville, passed away Saturday, June 27, 2020, at Floyd Medical Center.

Mr. Lockridge was born in Rome, Georgia, August 24, 1959, son of the late James "Jimmy" Lockridge, Sr. and Dorothy "Dot" McDonald Lockridge. Danny was a mechanic and enjoyed working on all types of engines, big and small. He was a simple person who loved living a simple life. One of the things he will be most remembered for is he was always willing to help others. He was preceded in death by his parents; sister-in-law, Carole Lockridge.

Survivors include his brother, James and Donna Lockridge, Jr; sister, Ginger and Bo Johnson; niece and nephew, Donna and Mike Johnston and Josh and Kayla Lockridge; great- grand nieces and nephews, Donavan, Ashleigh, Wyatt, and Dale.

Graveside services will be held Tuesday, June 30, 2020, at 2:00 PM at Mt. Carmel United Methodist Church Cemetery with Min. Linda Leachman officiating.
