Ms. Deborah Ann Walden , 49 , of Rome, passed away unexpectedly S atur day morning October 1 , 2022, at her residence.
She was born in Dalton , GA, August 10, 1973 , daughter of Bessie Lou Heath and the late Walter Walden . Ms. Walden was also preceded in death by her daughter, Angel Walden; grandchildren, Ja y den Walden and Alexander and Matthew Shelton ; and brothers, Lee Roden and Little Bill "Billy" Walden . Deborah was a wonderful wife, mother, grandmother, daughter, sister, and friend. She enjoyed collecting antiques and going out thrifting and yard selling for them. She loved the outdoors, baking, and gardening.
Survivors include her husband, Billy Ford, Jr.; children, Billy Ford, III (Sheena), Ashley Shelton(Zackery), Mary Walden(Stephan), Jeremy Walden, Bethany Walden(James), Bessie Walden, and Jessie Walden; mother, Bessie Lou Heath; stepfather, Riley Heath; grandchildren, Hailyn, Abigail, Maddilyn, Billy IV, Stephan, Jr., Zealous, Cadence, P aitlyn, Brionna, and Tyler; brothers and sisters, Debra Johnson, Joe Walden (Billie), Danny Walden (Dianne), Billy Joe Walden(Denna), Virginia Free(Charles), Chris Walden(Betsy), Tommy Walden(Jenifer), Veronica Waters(David), Amber Farmer(Bobby), Wendy Williams (Lonnie ) , Kim Flowers(Scott), Bridget t Patterson (Mark), Michael Walden, Johnny Walden(Tamara), and Kenneth Walden; and several aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, and dear friends also survive.
Graveside services will be held Fri day at 3 :00PM at Mt. Pisgah Baptist Church Cemetery, Kingston. F amily and f riends will serve as pallbearers. The family will receive friends from 12 : 3 0PM until 2 : 3 0PM Friday at Barton Funeral Home.
R. Dudley Barton & Son Funeral Home, Adairsville, will be in charge of funeral arrangements for Ms. Deborah Ann Walden.
