Mrs. Delaney Kelly Cobb Gravitte, age 47, of Folsom Glade Road, NW, Adairsville, GA, passed away on Saturday, July 27, 2013 at Cartersville Medical Center, Cartersville.

She was born in Rome, GA, on November 29, 1965, to Larry and Bobbie Jean Colston Cobb. Mrs. Gravitte had worked in Customer Service with Syntec Industries, as well as Mohawk Industries. With a big heart and a larger than life personality to match, she was quick to put others first, always trying to put a smile on someone's face or elicit a good laugh. She enjoyed gardening, canning and had a love for animals, especially her six feline "babies" and her dog, "Rex". She was preceded in death by her sister, Jeni Hight.

Survivors include her husband, Jerry Gravitte of Adairsville; 2 daughters, Courtney Cobb and Ariel Gravitte, both of Adairsville; parents, Larry and Bobbie Jean Cobb of Adairsville; stepson, Chris Gravitte of Adairsville; 3 grandchildren, Hayden Smith, Jayda Smith, and Addaleigh Gravitte; a sister and brother-in-law, Audrey Cobb Franklin and Greg Franklin of Rome; nieces and nephews, Keri (Matt) Wright, Clint (Angela) Hight, Beau Franklin, and Raquel Franklin.

Memorial services will be held Tuesday, July 30, 2013 at 6:00 PM from Cedar Creek Baptist Church, Adairsville, with Rev. Larry Hibberts officiating.

The family will receive friends at Cedar Creek Baptist Church, Tuesday, July 30, from 4:00 PM until the service begins.

In lieu of flowers donations may be made to a memorial account in her name at Northside Bank, P. O. Box 283, Adairsville, GA 30103.
