Mr. Donald Woodrow Fuller, Sr., age 57, of Irwin Street, Cartersville, GA, passed away Monday, April 1, 2013 at Emory Hospital, Atlanta.

He was born in Sylacauga, Alabama, May 28, 1955, son of the late Woodrow and Geneva Reeves Fuller. Mr. Fuller had an unconditional love for his family and loved spending time with them. He enjoyed coaching and playing baseball, was an avid fan of the Dallas Cowboys, and NASCAR, especially Dale Earnhardt, Jr. He was preceded in death by his parents; a son, Shawn Parsels;a sister, Linda Dobbs; 2 brothers, Neal Fuller and Larry Fuller; and his father-in-law, Bobby Elrod.

Survivors include his wife, Denise Fuller of Cartersville; 3 sons, Blake Elrod of Cartersville, Levi Elrod of Cartersville, and Donald Fuller, Jr. of Virginia; 2 sisters and brother-in-law, Betty Richburg of Florida and Carol and Ricky Peters of Arizona; 2 brothers and sisters-in-law, Nolan and Doris Fuller of Acworth and Jerry and Barbara Fuller of Alabama; a sister-in-law, Monza Fuller of Alabama; mother-in-law, Annie D. Elrod of Cartersville; a special friend, Johnny Parsels and several nieces and nephews.

Memorial services will be held Saturday, April 6, 2013 at 2:00 PM from the chapel of Barton Funeral Home, Adairsville, with Rev. James Surratt officiating.

In lieu of flowers, contributions to funeral expenses will be accepted at P. O. Box 265, Adairsville, GA 30103

The family will receive friends Saturday from 12:00 PM until 2:00 PM at Barton Funeral Home, Adairsville.
