Mrs. Elizabeth Ann Fowler, age 82, of Lindale, passed away Thursday, January 7, 2021 at Floyd Medical Center.

She was born in Blue Ridge, Georgia, October 7, 1938, daughter of the late Willie Paynter and Rethlay Rogers Paynter. She was a member of Church of God of Prophecy and a faithful christian. She enjoyed going to the mountains with her family and was a talented seamstress. She was a loving wife, mother, grandmother, sister, and friend. Mrs. Fowler was preceded in death by her husband, Buster Fowler; sons, Willie Fowler and Bobby Fowler; brothers, Silas and Edward Paynter.

Survivors include her sons, Timmy Fowler, Tommy Fowler, Michael and Regina Fowler, J. D. Fowler, Sammy and Sherry Fowler; daughters, Sheila Dyer and Angie and Dennis Evans; 9 grandchildren and several great-grandchildren; sisters, Marlene McClure and Marsonna Beal; several nieces and nephews also survive.

Graveside service will be held Sunday, January 10, 2021, at 3:30PM from Towes Chapel Cemetery with Rev. Mark Benning officiating.

Family and friends attending services will be required to wear face mask and observe social distancing.
