Mr. Elmus Fain Carver, 83 of Adairsville passed away June 25 ^th 2021.

He was born on November 24 ^th 1937 in Bartow County the Ninth child to Henry Clay Carver Sr. and Ruby Penson Carver. Mr. Carver retired from Clorox formerly Union Carbide, Mr. Carver also served in the United States Navy, and was of the Baptist faith. Mr. Carver was preceded in death by his parents, and his wife Brenda Mills Carver on December 2 ^nd 2018, Three Brothers: Henry Clay Carver, George Carver, and Edward Carver. Five Sisters: Eunice Davis, Gladys McCarthy, Beatrice Barrett, Lucille Baggett and Edna Gaines.

He is survived by two daughters: Lisa (Byron) Jones, Phoebe Nesbitt and a son Fain Carver; grandchildren, Jeremy Jones, Brett Jones, Elijah Carver and Joshua Carver; three great grandchildren, Katie Jones, Sarah Jones and Madison Jones and a sister in law Wadene Floyd, nieces and nephews also survive.

A celebration of life will be held Tuesday, June 29, 2021, at 6:00 PM at the chapel of Barton Funeral Home, Adairsville. The family will receive friends on Tuesday from 5:00 PM until 6:00 PM.

R. Dudley Barton & Son Funeral Home, Adairsville, will be in charge of funeral arrangements for Mr. Elmus Fain Carver.
