Obituary

Mrs. Fannie Ruth Redd, 86, of 26 Redd Road, Adairsville passed away Sunday, January 11, 2015.

Mrs. Redd was born in Adairsville, May 4, 1928, daughter of the late James Clarence Hall and Annie Mae Buttrum Hall Blalock. She was a member CannanLand Christian Center. She spent her life loving and taking care of her family. Mrs. Redd was preceded in death by her parents; husband, James Clarence Redd; son Johnny Redd; brothers, Roy, Virgil, Raymond, Melvin, Junior, and Carter Hall.

Survivors include her children, Joyce and the late Frances Young, Edna and the late Loye Wilson, Buddy and Suelane Redd, Mattie Redd, Ricky Redd, Billy and Pam Redd, Dean and Sherry Redd, Teddy and Donna Redd, and Joann Bishop; several grandchildren and great-grandchildren; brother and sister-in-law, Clarence and Claudette Hall; several nieces and nephews.

Funeral services will be held Thursday, January 15, 2015 at 2:00 PM at Canaanland Christian Center, Adairsville with Chris Childers, Rev. Cary Hall and Rev. Lynn Johnson officiating. Interment will follow Towes Chapel Cemetery, Adairsville. Pallbearers will be Michael Childers, Shane Childers, Tim Redd, Kim Redd, Russell Redd, Kevin Parker and Billy Redd.

The family will receive friends Tuesday after 6:00 PM at her residence, 26 Redd Road, Adairsville, GA 30103, until the funeral hour on Thursday.
