Mrs. Flonnie Azalee Stuart (McClure), age 88, of Shannon, passed away peacefully Monday, February 26, 2024, at AdventHealth Redmond.

Flonnie was born in Ellijay, Georgia, May 16, 1935, daughter of the late Otis Roscoe McClure and Clara Belle Johnson McClure. She was also preceded in death by her loving husband, Weldon Wayne Stuart; grandsons, Samuel Dodd Stuart and Matthew Jacob Stuart; and brother, Truman Wayne McClure; She was a member of Ebeneezer Baptist Church in Ellijay, The Georgia Mountain Music Group, Shannon High Life Club, and enjoyed participating with the Floyd County Senior Group. She enjoyed line dancing and was an avid flower gardener. Flonnie's greatest accomplishment was her children, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren. She loved spending time together and making memories that her family will cherish forever.

Survivors include her sons, Weldon Otis Stuart (Lynn), Michael Ervin Stuart (Rennea), Keith Anthony Stuart (Monica), and Mark Alan Stuart (Nancy); grandchildren, Hannah Christine Stuart, Collin Andrew Stuart, Cody Bret Stuart (Kendra), Cathryn "Cassi" Lee Stuart (Lindsey), Tyler Ryan Gonzales (Hannah), Tiffany Allen, Mark Alexander "Alex" Stuart, Benjamin Perry Stuart, Elizabeth "Betsy" Elaine Stuart, Chase Baker (Autumn), and Madison Baker; 13 great-grandchildren; brother, Charles Eugene McClure; sister, Francis Alene Everett (Bill) and several nieces and nephews.

Funeral services will be held Thursday, February 29, 2024, at 2:00 PM from the chapel of Barton Funeral Home, Adairsville. Interment will be in Eastview Cemetery, Adairsville. Pallbearers will be, Collin Stuart, Cody Stuart, Tyler Gonzales, Alex Stuart, Benjamin Stuart, and Bradyn Stuart.

The family will receive friends Thursday from 12:00 PM until 2:00 PM at Barton Funeral Home, Adairsville.
