Mr. Frank Eugene Neal, JR, 67, of Kingston, passed away Tuesday evening, December 10, 2024, surrounded by his loved ones.

Frank was born on November 3, 1957, in Calhoun, Georgia, son of the late Frank Eugene Neal Sr. and Mary Jo Heath Neal. Frank was also preceded in death by his wife, Tamera Lynette Hale Neal. A faithful Christian, Frank enjoyed visiting churches in his community and was known for his kind spirit and dedication to his faith. Frank retired from the trucking industry, where he made many friends and left a lasting impact. In his free time, he loved building race car engines, fishing, and spoiling his granddaughter, Lexie, who was the light of his life. Frank will be dearly missed by his family and friends, who will always remember his warmth and generosity.

Survivors include his son, Jason Neal of Cartersville; stepson, Teres Cowart of Kingston; sisters, Michelle Schultz of Cartersville and Carolyn Heath of Summerville; granddaughter, Lexie Belle Neal; several nieces, nephews, and cousins.

A celebration of Frank's life will be held Saturday, December 14, 2024, at 2:00 PM from the chapel of Barton Funeral Home with Rev. Shae Satterfield officiating. The family will receive friends Saturday from 12:00 PM until 2:00 PM at the Barton Funeral Home.
