Obituary
Mrs. Geneva Hall Allen, age 72, of Legion Court, Adairsville, passed away Thursday, May 12, 2016 at Cartersville Medical Center.
She was born in Athens, Tennessee, December 1, 1943, daughter of the late Willie Hall and Ethel Pearl White Hall. She loved being with her family, browsing yard sales and flea markets, and her husband taking her out to eat. She was preceded in death by her parents; brothers, Hubert, Hayden and Frank White; sister, Onie Hall.
Survivors include her loving husband of 33 years, Ernie Allen of Adairsville; daughters, Joyce Friend of Marietta, Patricia and Walter Ruff of Cartersville, and Robbie Christina Allen of Adairsville; 8 grandchildren and several great grandchildren; numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins.
Graveside services will be held Monday, May 16, 2016 at 2:00 PM Eastview Cemetery, Adairsville with Rev. Jim Pinkard officiating. The family will receive friends Monday from 12:00 PM until 2:00 PM at Barton Funeral Home.
