Geneva W. Jones, age 81 passed away 11/6/2019, Mrs. Jones was born 5/6/1938 in Shannon Ga. Daughter of the late Paul and Willie Bell Woodring. Geneva had spent many years in the textile industry with Burlington Industries. She loved to travel throughout the United States with family and friends and was always hunting a yard sale bargain. Mrs. Jones was a lifelong member of Snow Springs Baptist Church and the Ladies Circle. Mrs. Jones was preceded in death by her Parents, Husband of 60 years Charles B. Jones, A grandson Michael Moore, a son-in-law Mark Bodenheimer, and a sister-in- law Aline K. Woodring.

Survivors include son, Byron (Lisa) Jones, Two daughters, Phyllis (Terry) Davis of Calhoun GA And Donna Bodenheimer of Rome Ga. 7 grandchildren Misty Henderson Parrott, Jeremy Jones, Brett Jones, Amanda Jones, Brandon Jones and Justin Jones, Brothers Leldon (Sarah) Woodring and Larry (Freda) Woodring several great grandchildren, nieces and nephews also survive. The family will receive friends from 2:30-3:45 at the chapel of Barton Funeral Home, Sunday November 10th, The funeral will be conducted at 4:00 pm at Snow Springs Baptist Church with Pastor Doug Mattox and Pastor Jim Pinkard officiating. Interment will be in Snow Springs Baptist church cemetery. Pallbearers will be Jeremy Jones, Brett Jones, Brandon Jones, Scott Woodring, Tyson Parrott, William Smith, Sammy Freeman, Bryan Freeman.
