Mr. George Wofford Brown, Jr, age 62, of Silver Creek passed away Saturday, February 17, 2024.

George was born in Rome, Georgia, April 21, 1962, son of the late George Wofford Brown, Sr. and Dorothy Mae Baynes. He was also preceded in death by his son, George Brown Baynes, III "Trey". He worked as a master auto technician for many years. George was a very thoughtful generous person who was always there to lend a helping hand.

Survivors include his loving wife of 23 years, Deanna Price; sister, Diane Padgett and husband George; uncle and aunt, Bobby and Joy Baynes; several cousins and dear friends also survive.

Graveside services will be held Wednesday, February 21, 2024, at 2:00 PM from Sunset Memory Gardens, Cartersville.

The family will receive friends Wednesday from 11:30 AM until 1:30 PM at the Barton Funeral Home, Adairsville.
