Mr. Gregory Ladon "Donnie" Smith, Sr., age 63, of Adairsville, GA passed away Saturday, April 22, 2023, surrounded by his loving family.

Donnie was born in Rome , GA, March 16, 1960, to the late Charles Eugene Smith and Martha Warren Smith . Mr. Smith was preceded in death by his two brothers Glenn and Ricky Smith; and grandson, Dalton Smith . Mr. Smith was a member of the New Antioch Baptist Church in Shannon. He was a mechanic and loved being outdoors fishing or riding horses. Donnie was a loving husband, father and Pawpaw.

Survivors include his loving wife, Hilda Smith; sons, Gregory Ladon Smith, Jr. (Pamela) and Adam Michael Smith (Meredith); grandchildren, Shae Smith, Dallas Smith, Dixie Smith, Cayden Smith, Ayden Smith, and Colton Trammell; special nieces, Lissie Ingram and Angel Ingram; brothers, Mike Smith (Theresa) and Kevin Smith (Teresa); sisters, Debbie Lemons and Candace Blalock (Hunter) and several nieces and nephews.

A celebration of Donnie's life will be announced at a later date.
