Mrs. Hattie Belle Camp Dutton, age 90, of McKenzie Street, Adairsville, passed away Thursday, January 28, 2016 at Gordon Health Care, Calhoun.

Mrs. Dutton was born in Adairsville, GA, August 21, 1925, daughter of the late Robert Lee Camp and Pearl Wright Camp. She was a member of Snow Springs Baptist Church and had been active in the Ladies Circle. Mrs. Dutton loved taking care of her family, especially cooking them a big family dinner. She was a talented hand embroider, enjoyed tending her gardens, and canning. Later in life she enjoyed traveling and shopping was one of her favorite past times. Mrs. Dutton is preceded in death by her parents; her husband, J.D. Dutton; infant daughter, Brenda Faye Dutton; brothers, H.B. Camp, Clifford Camp, Robert Camp, and Elbert Camp; sisters, Mattie Lee Dutton, Lois Freeman, Lula Smith, and Mae Carver.

Survivors include her son and daughter-in-law, Gary and Earlene Dutton of Adairsville; daughters and sons-in-law, Linda and Douglas Dempsey of Adairsville, Staci and Jon Ponders of Calhoun; 9 grandchildren and 9 great- grandchildren; several nieces and nephews.

Funeral services will be held Sunday, January 31, 2016 at 3:30 PM from Snow Springs Baptist Church, Adairsville with Rev. Jeff Dutton and Rev. Larry Hibberts officiating. Interment will follow in the Snow Springs Baptist Church Cemetery. Pallbearers will be Jim Carver, Hugh Camp, Steve Camp, Lamar Camp, William Smith, and Dabney Carver. Honorary pallbearers will be Billy Smith, Jim Black, and Ronald Hartley.

The family will receive friends Saturday at Barton Funeral Home, Adairsville, from 5:00 PM until 8:00 PM.
