Obituary
Mrs. Hattie Sue Stanley, age 71, formerly of Woody Road, Adairsville, passed away Wednesday, December 24, 2014 at Etowah Landing, Rome.
She was born in Adairsville, Georgia, July 1, 1943, daughter of the late Walter F. Chamlee and Kate Fox Chamlee. She was of the Baptist Faith. She was preceded in death by her husband, Drinnen "Shorty" Stanley
Survivors include her daughter and son-in-law, Lisa and Eric Pitts of Adairsville; brother, Howard Chamlee of Adairsville and several nieces and nephews.
Funeral services will be held Saturday, December 27, 2014 at 1:00 PM at the chapel of Barton Funeral Home, Adairsville with Rev. Audrey Wilson officiating. Interment will follow in Eastview Cemetery, Adairsville.
The family will receive friends on Saturday from 11:00 AM until 1:00 PM at Barton Funeral Home.
Flowers will be accepted or in honor of Mrs. Stanley donation can be made to the American Cancer Society.
