Ms. Hilda Sue Robinson, 51, of 769 Woody Road, Adairsville, passed away Saturday, March 2, 2013 at Floyd Medical Center.

She was born in Cartersville, GA, March 31, 1961, daughter of Charlotte Heath Robinson and the late Preston Thomas Robinson. She was of the Baptist faith and had attended Adairsville Baptist Church. Ms. Robinson participated in the 1996 Special Olympics in Atlanta where she received multiple ribbons. She also enjoyed going bowling, writing, and painting. She was preceded in death by her father.

Survivors include her mother, Charlotte Robinson of Adairsville; 2 sisters, Judy Hester and Jerry Reynolds of Rome and Gail Reed and Russell Carruth of Adairsville; 6 nieces and nephews, Steven Richards, Stephanie Richards, Dylan McKenzie, Amanda (Shane Dupree) Stemper, Brandy (Jason) Coats, Jeremy (Crystal) Hester; 10 great nieces and nephews and a special aunt and uncle, Diane Willis and Terry Reed of Adairsville

Funeral services will be held Thursday, March 7, 2013, at 2:00 PM in the chapel of Barton Funeral Home with Rev. Jim Pinkard officiating. Interment will follow in Eastview Cemetery, Adairsville. Jason Coats, Russell Carruth, Aaron Ingle, Shane Dupree, Danny Harper, and Steven Richards will serve as pallbearers.

The family will receive friends Wednesday from 6:00 PM until 8:00 PM at the Barton Funeral Home.
