Mrs. Ivette "Eve" Flores Ellis, age 57, of Adairsville, passed away Thursday, May 16, 2024, at her residence.

Eve was born in the New York, New York,  September 1, 1966, daughter of Zoraida M. Flores and the late Oscar Flores. She was a faithful Christian. Eve loved the outdoors, gardening, bicycling, and hiking. She was a talented harpist who enjoyed playing and singing at many events and occasions. Eve was a caring, loving person who will be dearly missed by all who knew her.

She is survived by her loving husband, Jim Ellis, JR; mother, Zoraida M. Flores; daughters, Nina Toland (Michael) and Jessica Delange (Riley); sons, Josh Ellis, Jacob Ellis (Monica), and Jarrett Ellis (Jordan); grandchildren, Jeriah, Rylan, and Kileyanne Delange, Valley and Bennett Ellis, and Stetson Ellis; brothers, Oscar Flores, JR and Orlando Flores (Jennifer);  nephews, Alex Flores, Nickolas Flores, and Phillip Flores.

Funeral services will be held Tuesday, May 21, 2024, at 2:00PM from the chapel of Barton Funeral Home with Rev. Ralph Cook officiating. Interment will follow in Eastview Cemetery, Adairsville. The family will serve as pallbearers.

The family will receive friends from 12:00PM until 2:00PM at the funeral home.
