Obituary

Mr. J. T. Williams, age 62, of Connesena Road, Kingston passed away Wednesday, February 22, 2012, at the residence.

He was born in Cedartown, GA, January 23, 1950, son of the late Denton Williams and Martha Jane Farmer Cash. Mr. Williams enjoyed spending his time with his grandchildren, fishing, and working on cars. He was preceded in death by his parents; a grandson, Kristopher Cape; a brother, John David Williams; a sister, Carolyn Jones and his step-father, John Henry Cash.

Survivors include his wife, Robbie Lord Williams of Kingston; 2 daughters and sons-in-law, Selena and Chuck Cape of Calhoun and Tina and C. A. McClure of Kingston; 4 grandchildren, Kyle and Trey Cape and Faith and Charity McClure; 3 sisters and brothers-in-law, Dorothy and James Cowan of Lindale, Doris and Don Sides of Rome, and Carol and Cecil Ford of Kingston; a brother and sister-in-law, Bud and Anita Williams of Riverdale, California; a brother in-law and sister-in-law, Bobby and Debbie Lord of Mt. Vernon, Washington and several nieces and nephews also survive.

Funeral services will be held Sunday, February 26, 2012, at 3:00 PM from the Chapel of Barton Funeral Home, Adairsville, with Rev. Wesley Hunt officiating. Interment will follow in Eastview Cemetery, Adairsville. Pallbearers include James Hartness, John Alexander, James Farmer, Gary Farmer, George Farmer, and Don Sides, Jr.

The family will receive friends Saturday from 6:00 PM until 9:00 PM at Barton Funeral Home.
