Mr. Jackie Courtney Harris, Sr., age 74, of Adairsville, GA, passed away peacefully in his home on Tuesday, March 8, 2022.

He was born in Harlan, Kentucky on November 29, 1947, son of the late Hiram Harris and Mae Craft Harris. Jackie was a retired truck driver, Gunnery Sargent in the Marine Corp, avid clock maker, sports and muscle car lover, and loving Father, Papaw, and Pop Pop. He was preceded in death by his parents; and oldest daughter, Julie Mae Hester (passed on January 9, 2022).

Survivors include his son, Jackie C. Harris Jr.(Jessica),Hudson and Hopelyn Harris of Acworth, Ga; daughter, Jenny Lynn Harris(John), Danielle Labelle, Alex Kelleher, Maverick Hilty, and Ashley Hilty of Buffalo, NY; grandson, Brandon Harris(Shantel) great-grandkids, Kirsten, Colton, and Kylee Harris of Lewisburg, KY; granddaughter Danielle Stratton(Bradley), great-grandkids, Landynn and Abagail Stratton of Russellville, KY; grandson, Gabriel Combs(Alle) great-granddaughter, Aubree Combs of Russellville, KY, son in law Scotty Hester(Julie) of Auburn, KY.

Celebration of Jackies's Life will be held March 19, 2022, at 1pm at his son Jackie Harris' residence of 171 Westbrook Drive Acworth, GA 30101. Snacks and lunch will be served.
