Mr. James H. LeBlanc, age 61, of 41st Street, Adairsville, GA, passed away, September 1, 2013 at Cartersville Medical Center.
Mr. LeBlanc was born in New London, CT, February 20, 1952, son of the late Jerry and Leta Hayes LeBlanc. He was a founding member of Living Way Foursquare Church in Adairsville, as well as Miracles in Action (Cedartown), and Rivers of Hope. A talented musician, Mr. LeBlanc expressed his gift over the years as a singer, songwriter, disc jockey and radio announcer, among other outlets. Known for his great sense of humor and sharp mind, he was always quick with a good-natured, witty jab amongst friends. Mr. LeBlanc is preceded in death by his parents and a brother, Jerry LeBlanc.
He is survived by wife, Linda LeBlanc, of Adairsville; a son, Mike Fitz of Adairsville; 4 stepsons, Troy Ferguson, Tony Ferguson, Terry Ferguson, and Travis Osborne; 21 grandchildren; 5 great-grandchildren; a sister and brother-in-law, Joan and Russell "Huck" McLaughlin of Mystic, CT; nieces and nephews, Scott, Kelly, and Mark McLaughlin.
Memorial services will be held Thursday, September 5, 2013 at 5:00 PM at Living Way Foursquare Church with Rev. Tina and Jon Spellman officiating. The family will receive friends Thursday at the church from 3:00 PM until 5:00PM.
