Mrs. Jane Quarles Townsend, age 82, of Chatsworth, went to be with her Lord and Savior on Sunday, September 25, 2022.

She was born in Kingston, Georgia, November 27, 1939, to the late William Emory Quarles and Alma Mamie Townsend Quarles. She was also preceded in death by the father of her kids, James Allen Dover; her son-in-law, Terry Martin; granddaughter, April Howard; grandson, David Dover; grandson-in-law, Sly Landeros; brothers, Consalee Quarles, Harold Quarles, Joe Quarles; sisters, Virginia and Doug Self, Daphne Sue Blasengame, Jewel Bohannon, Evelyn Bohannon, and Elaine Thomas. She was a member of Adairsville Church of God and attended Eagles Way Life Center. She lived a fun filled life with all of her family. Jane loved collecting stuff, going thrift store and yard sale browsing, and every now and then a trip to the casino. She will be dearly missed.

Survivors include her children, Deborah Noland, Kathy Hixson(Charles), Allen Dover, Sue Martin, Glenda Bailey (Horace), Donald Dover(Michelle), Keshia Welch(Brannon) grandchildren, Tina Colangelo, Chris Wilson, George Noland Jr., Emily Braxton, Shane Randolph, Crystal Hixson, Greg Dover, Amy Morrison, Josh Howard, Rex Howard, John Bailey, Nathaniel Bailey, Anthony Dover, Ashley Dover, Heidi Welch, Brannon Welch, Brian Bailey, Lisa Bailey, and Shawn Bailey; great-grandchildren, Brooke Colangelo, Brittany Dent, Brie Colangelo, Brandi Calangelo, Haley, Aiden and Jennifer Noland, Austin Sharp, Shawn Sharp, Chelsea Hixson, Chase Catlett, Angel, Mary, Steve, Heavenly, and Tinsley Dover, Audrey Carroll, Kevin Morrison, Ansley Morrison, Joshua Dover, Bryce Bailey, Travis Bennett Jr, Breanna Bennett, Christian Jordan, Haydyn and Holdyn Landeros, Hudsyn Griffin, Thalia Landeros, Betty Rhodes, Jase and Kase Welch; great great-grandchildren, Salem and Aslan Ward and Alora Colangelo brother, Norman Quarles; sisters, Wilma Reed(James) and Brenda Bohannon(Larry); several nieces and nephews.

Funeral services will be held Wednes day , September 2 8 , 202 2 , at 1 : 0 0 PM from Eagles Way Life Center with Rev. Vincent Gulledge officiating . Interment will follow in Salacoa Baptist Church Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 5 :00 PM until 8 : 0 0 PM on Tuesday evening at Eagles Way Life Center, 1588 Highway 41 South SW, Calhoun , GA 30701 .
