Obituary
Mrs. Janice Kay Johnson Neumann, age 63, of 28 Westover Ridge, NW, Adairsville passed away Friday evening, September 14, 2012 at Cartersville Medical Center.
She was born in Gray, Georgia, February 7, 1949, daughter of the late Wayne Johnson and Juanita Greene Barakat. Mrs. Neumann had volunteered many years with Habitat for Humanity and cherished spending time with her grandchildren. She loved going trout fishing, was an avid reader, and enjoyed gardening and cooking.
Survivors include her partner, Gail Rainey of Adairsville; a daughter and daughter-in-law, Shane and Sara Wood of Chattanooga, TN; a son, Dwayne Wood of Boulder, CO; 2 stepsons, Tony and Gary Rainey of Adairsville; 2 grandchildren, Reilly and Avery Wood of Chattanooga, TN; a sister, Linda Long of Flowery Branch.
A private memorial service will be held at a later date.
R. Dudley Barton and Son Funeral Home, Adairsville, is in charge of funeral arrangements for Mrs. Janice Kay Neumann.
