Mr. Jeffrey Scott Dean, age 52, of Mt Pleasant Road, Fairmount passed away Sunday, December 29, 2019, at his residence.

He was born in Atlanta, GA, November 28, 1967. Jeff attended Clear Creek Baptist Church. He worked at Precinct One Auto Sales for 20 years. A simple man, he enjoyed fishing and taking it easy.

Survivors include his father, Ray Dean; mother, Stella Giles Dean; aunts and uncle, Betty and Lewis Hayes and Peggy Fowler; several cousins and dear friends.

Funeral services will be held Thursday, January 2, 2020, at 2:00 PM from the chapel of Barton Funeral Home with Rev. Donnie Summey and Bobby Gayton officiating. Interment will follow in Pine Log United Methodist Church Cemetery.

The family will receive friends Wednesday evening from 6:00 PM until 8:00 PM at Barton Funeral Home, Adairsville.

R. Dudley Barton & Son Funeral Home, Adairsville, will be in charge of funeral arrangements for Mr. Jeffrey Scott Dean.
