Mr. Jimmy Darrell Baldwin, age 58, of Adairsville went to be with his Lord and Savior Tuesday, June 18, 2024.

Jimmy was born in Rome, Georgia, December 18, 1965, son of Edward Eugene Baldwin and Evialou Benefield Baldwin. A loving son, Jimmy devoted his time to taking care of his parents. He was a faithful member of Apostolic Tabernacle Church in Adairsville. He enjoyed playing bass guitar at church and loved his church family. Jimmy had a big heart, always willing to help others, and always lifting them up in prayer. He will be dearly missed.

Jimmy was preceded in death by his brother, Kenneth Baldwin and grandparents, Jim and Bessie Benefield and Robert and Thelma Baldwin.

Survivors include his parents, Edward and Evialou Baldwin; brother, Eddie Baldwin and wife Eteva; niece, Dr. Nikki Baldwin; special friend, Toni Reeves; several aunts, uncles, cousins and several dear friends.

Funeral services will be held Friday, June 21, 2024, at 3:00 PM from the chapel of Barton Funeral Home, Adairsville, with Pastor Tony Baldwin and Rev. Lee Garland officiating. Interment will follow in the Lakeview Cemetery, Plainville.

The family will receive friends at Barton Funeral Home, Friday from 1:00 PM until 3:00 PM.
