Mr. Jimmy Ray Edwards, age 58, of Calhoun, passed away Wednesday morning, August 19, 2020, at his residence.

He was born in Calhoun, Georgia, February 17, 1962, son of Sara Ann Edwards Bailey. He was of the Baptist faith. Jimmy loved his family, was a die hard Braves fan, and avid football fan. He was preceded in death by his stepfather, Carl Bailey.

Survivors include his mother, Sara Ann Edwards Bailey; daughter, Heather Stiles; sister, Sharon and Misty Bailey-Harden; and brothers, Michael and Paulette Edwards and Jeff Bailey.

Graveside service will be held Friday, August 21, 2020 at 3:00 PM at Eastview Cemetery, Adairsville with Rev. Kyle Coker officiating. Following Covid19 guidelines with social distancing, the family will receive friends at Barton Funeral Home, Friday evening from 1:30 P.M. until 2:30 P.M. Pallbearers will be Aron Tant, Marcus Kemp, Misty Harden, and Keith Edwars.
