Mr. Marvin Jimmy Reed, 60, of Adairsville passed away Saturday, March 16, 2024, surrounded by his loving family.

Jimmy was born in Bartow County, Georgia, December 5, 1963, son of the late Martha Ann Chappell Reed and Marvin Howard Reed. He was also preceded in death by his sister, Frances Fultz-Reed. Jimmy loved the lord and his family. Jimmy enjoyed outside activities like kayaking, swimming, bike riding, hiking, and riding his motorcycle.

Survivors include children, Keshia Hartline, Chris (Alicia) Reed, Zach Reed, Bridget (Eric) Warren; sisters, Shelia Ann (Larry) Lovingood, Sherry Marrero; brother, Carl (Heather) Reed; 10 Grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.

A memorial will be held on Saturday, March 23rd, 2024, at 1:00 PM at Eagles Way Life Center in Calhoun with Rev. Vince Gulledge officiating. The family will meet at Eastview Cemetery in Adairsville after the memorial service for an interment of ashes ceremony.
