Mrs. Natalie Joan Crump Ray, age 56, passed away Thursday, July 2, 2015 at her residence. Joan was born June 26, 1959 in Cartersville, Georgia. Joan was a graduate of Cass High School. Joan professed her faith in Jesus Christ as a teenage and was of the Baptist faith.

Joan is survived by her parents, Clayburn and Margaret Crump of Cartersville; husband, Timmy Ray of Cartersville; two sons, Greg Crump of Smyrna and Garret Shaw of Cartersville; brother, Clayburn Crump, Jr. of Adairsville; two grandchildren, Matthew Shaw and Elizabeth Shaw of Summerville; numerous nephews and nieces.

Joan's final request was to have her body donated to science with the hope it would help others in the future. Therefore, there will be no visitation or funeral. The family asks prayer for those left to carry on.
