Obituary
Ms. Alice Joann Hudson, age 53, of 167 Woodland Way, Cartersville, passed away Thursday, May 3, 2012, at her residence.
She was born in Cleveland, OH, on November 7, 1958, daughter of the late Price and Susie Mulkey Hudson. Ms. Hudson was of the Christian faith and had ran a residential cleaning service in North Carolina. She was a fun loving individual and a friend to all. Ms. Hudson was preceded in death by her parents and two sisters, Martha Turner and Barbara Tate.
Survivors include a brother, Billy Ridings of Ellijay; 2 sisters, Annie Teems of Ellijay, and Faye Owensby of Cartersville; a son, William Carter; and nieces and nephews also survive.
Graveside services will be held Monday, May 7, 2012, at Eastview Cemetery. Pallbearers include Richard Ruff, Rex Howard, Terry Tate, Danny McTaggart, and Anthony Owensby and Owen Ruff.
The family will receive friends Monday from 12:30 PM until 1:30 PM at Barton Funeral Home, Adairsville.
