James Virlyn Morrow, Jr, better known as Junior or his favorite Papa JuJu, passed away unexpectedly Thursday evening, August 10, 2023.

He was born in the Calhoun, Georgia, February 10, 1952, son of the late Wilson Adcock and Rachel Chamlee Morrow and her husband, James Virlyn Morrow, Sr "Humpy". He was also preceded in death by his loving wife, Sheila Goforth Morrow. Mr. Morrow was a member of the Adairsville Church of God. Junior was easy going and a man of few words. He loved spending time with his family, especially his grandchildren, was an avid golfer and enjoyed fishing.

Survivors include his beloved children, Connie Morrow, Jamie Morrow, Michael Morrow and wife Stephanie, and Grant Morrow; precious grandchildren, Natalie Stevens, Jenna Morrow, Brody Morrow, Everleigh Morrow, Reagan Heard; brother, Jason Adcock and wife Jennifer, several nieces, nephews, and cousins.

Funeral services will be held Sunday, August 13, 2023, at 4:00 PM from Adairsville Church of God, Adairsville with Ministers Steve Morrow and Ken Coomer officiating. Kara Carlson and Chris and Heidi Coomer will be providing the music. Interment will follow in the Eastview Cemetery, Adairsville. Pallbearers will be Reagan Heard, Alan Towe, Ravee Morrow, Jason Adcock, Shay Mitchell, and Mike Dodd. Honorary pallbearer will be Brody Morrow.

The family will receive friends Sunday from 2:00 PM until 4:00 PM at the Adairsville Church of God.
