Mr. Kevin Dean Pelfrey, 63, of Adairsville passed away peacefully Sunday, December 21, 2025.

Dean was born in Georgia, March 19, 1962, to the late Shirley Anne Smith Pelfrey and Franklin Kenneth Pelfrey. He was also preceded in death by his brothers, Wayne Pelfrey and Garry West. Dean was a true jokester who could always bring a smile to those around him with his quick wit and easygoing humor. He found great joy in working in his yard, taking pride in the simple pleasures of caring for his home and surroundings. A truck driver by trade, Dean spent many years on the road. He lived a simple life, content with honest work, laughter, and the quiet moments that mattered most, he will be missed.

He is survived by his sister, daughter, Gale West; sister-in-law, Angie Pelfrey; 4 grandchildren, Chris Pelfrey, Jeremy Pelfrey, Jessica Pelfrey, and Heather Haygood; several great nieces and nephews

Honoring Dean's wishes he will be cremated.
