Mrs. Kimberly Ann Griffin Smith, age 58, passed away peacefully Thursday, November 18, 2021, surrounded by her loving family.

She was born on April 5, 1963, in Rome, Georgia, to the late Larry Neil Griffin and Janie Cox Griffin Mount. She was a member of Snow Springs Baptist Church where she had been active in the Ladies Circle. She began her professional life in nursing, later transitioning to a career in bookkeeping. Mrs. Smith cherished the simple things in life, going for a long ride on country roads, sitting by a warm fire in her cabin, and spending time with her grandbabies. She was preceded in death by her parents; 4 precious unborn grandchildren; brothers, Larry Griffin and Harlan Griffin.

She is survived by her loving and devoted husband of 39 years, Gary Smith; children, Jennifer and Josh Broach, Nicole and Joshua Goldman, and Lee and Hannah Smith; grandchildren, Evin Broach, Kenneth Broach, Eli Broach, Ethan Broach, Katie Broach, Aurora Smith, and Oliver Smith; sister, Neila and Mark Gray; brother, Johnny and Jeri Griffin; fur-baby, Princess and several nieces, nephews, and extended family.

Celebration of Life will be held Monday, November 22, 2021, at 2:00 PM from Snow Springs Baptist Church, Adairsville with Reverends Mark Gray and Josh Goldman officiating. Interment will follow in Snow Springs Church Cemetery. Pallbearers include Tyler Gilbert, Blake Gilbert, Dallas Young, Corey Elrod, Dustin Knight, and Austin Smith. Honorary pallbearers will be her grandsons, Evin, Kenneth, Ethan, and Eli Broach, and Oliver Smith.

The family will receive friends Monday from 1:00 PM until 2:00 PM at Snow Springs Baptist Church.
