Larry Todd Adcock

Mr. Larry Todd Adcock, age 52, of Rome, GA, passed away on Wednesday, August 5, 2026, at Advent Health Redmond, in Rome, GA.

Todd was born in Cartersville, GA, April 29, 1974, son of the late Larry Gene Colston and Patsy D. Adcock. He was also preceded in death by his grandparents, James Colston and Thelma Bailey Colston, and Clyde and Pearl Adcock, aunts, Glenda Bryan and Faye Self, and uncles, Ronald Colston, and Jimmy Colston. Todd lived every single day with an unbound spirit, proving time and again that true strength is measured by heart, not physical limitation, never allowing his disability to narrow his horizons or keep him from doing what he loved. An avid outdoorsman and racing enthusiast, Todd loved waiting patiently on the water for a bite, feeling the quiet anticipation of a hunt, or soaking in the high-octane thunder of a NASCAR race. He also took joy in building a vast, incredible Hot Wheels collection, tactfully searching for new models at flea markets, online, or from other collectors. Todd didn't just navigate life, he embraced it fully, leaving behind a legacy of resilience, passion, and an unshakeable determination to live life to his absolute fullest.

He is survived by his sister, Lindsey pack; his stepmother, Rita Colston; two aunts, Sheila Self, and Jeanette Waters; three uncles, King Colston, Rodney Colston and Ricky Colston, with who he shared an especially close bond; special friends, Tony King and Sam Brown; several cousins, nieces and nephews survive.

A celebrations of Todd’s life will be announced at a later date.
