Mr. Riley Lee Roden , 48 , of 129 Old Rome Road , Kingston , passed away Su nday, Ma y 1 , 20 2 2 at his residence.

He was born in Rome , GA, October 17, 1973 , son of Joan Wheat Roden and Riley Heath . He had been employed with Tommy Roberts Trucking for several years as a truck driver. Always the adventurous one, he enjoyed fishing, working on cars, and loved music and spending t ime with friends and family. He was preceded in death by his step father, Jerry Roden, and a brother, Robert Heath.

Survivors include his wife , Amanda Lynn Hodge Roden of Kingston; six children,

Tyler Lee Roden of Rome, Dexter Lee (Gracie Gene) Roden of Rome, Caitlyn (Haylee) Roden of Great Falls, MT, Destiny Lynn Roden, Jacob Riley Roden, and Cortney Grace Roden; 2 grandchildren, Aleigha Jade Roden, and Oaklynn Roden; 3 sisters, Wendy Michelle Williams of Rome, Kim Dawn Flowers of Kingston, and Phyllis Heath of Talking Rock; a brother, Jason Warner Roden of Rome; his first wife, Julie Roden of Rome; several nieces and nephews also survive.

Graveside services will be held Monday , May 9, 2022 at 2:30 PM from Kingston Cemetery, Kingston, GA.

The family will receive friends Monday from 1:00 PM until 2:00 PM at Barton Funeral Home, Adairsville.
