Mrs. Linda Mae Harris, 76, of Adairsville passed away on Saturday, January 9, 2021, at her residence.

Mrs. Harris was born in Calhoun, Georgia, July 27, 1944, daughter of the late Felmore Elthan "F. E." Self and Mary Lee Pelfrey Self. Mrs. Harris was a member of Adairsville First Christian Church. A devoted wife, mother, and grandmother, Linda's family brought her the most joy. She loved spending her time with her children, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren. Linda was a wonderful cook and enjoyed watching game shows and wrestling. She was preceded in death by her parents; sisters, Mary Lou Self and Velma Lee Elwood; brothers, Ralph Self, Delmus Self, Larry Self, and Danny Self.

She is survived by her loving husband of 60 years, Alfred Harris; sons, Brad and Kathy Harris, Allen and Marsha Harris; daughters, Beverly and Herod Moore, Brandy Cobb, and Jennifer and Keith Dutton; grandchildren, Latasha (Matt) Montgomery, Preston (Kayla) White, Deana (Blake) Blair, LaRay (Holly) Harris, Loren Harris, Herod (Maggie) Moore, Ethan (Morgan) Moore, Christian Shinall, Courtney Allen, Tiara Allen, and Jessie D. Allen; great-grandchildren, Blair and Harper Montgomery, Paisley and Lilly White, Cheyenne and Sierra Blair, Dawson and Josie Harris; Gavin, Gunter, Reece, Sadie, and Ty Moore, and Everleigh Allen; brothers, F. A. and Mary Rose Self and Ronnie and Mary Jane Self; sisters-in-law, Faye Self, Gayla Self, and Sheila several nieces and nephews.

Funeral service will be held Tuesday, January 12, 2021, at 2:00 PM from the chapel of Barton Funeral Home with Rev. Tim Baird officiating. Internment will follow in Eastview Cemetery, Adairsville. The family will receive friends Tuesday from 12:00 PM until 2:00 PM at Barton Funeral Home. Pallbearers will include her grandsons.

Family and friends attending services will be required to wear face mask and observe social distancing.
