Obituary
Ms. Linda Gail Phillips Pratt, 59, of Hillside Drive, Calhoun, passed away Friday morning, January 17, 2014 at Kindred Hospital, Rome.
She was born in Cartersville, GA, July 14, 1954, daughter of the late Maxwell Phillips, Sr and Pearline McIntyre Phillips. Ms. Pratt had attended Community House of Prayer. She enjoyed making jewelry, drawing, and spending time with her family. She was preceded in death by her parents and brother, Maxwell Phillips, Jr.
Survivors include her daughter, Melinda Pratt of Adairsville; son, Chris Pratt of Adairsville; 2 sisters and brothers-in-law, Geraldine and James Stone of Calhoun and Betty and Doug Harris of Adairsville; 5 brothers and sisters-in-law, Charles and Barbara Phillips of Calhoun, Johnny and Frances Phillips of Cartersville, Roy Phillips of Adairsville, David Phillips of Cartersville, and Jimmy Phillips of Cartersville; several nieces and nephews.
Memorial services will be held Saturday, January 25, 2014, at 3:00 PM at Canaan Land Church with Mr. Lamar Long officiating. The family will receive friends at the church from 2:00 PM until 3:00PM.
