Mrs. Linda Jean Parker Walls, age 68, Adairsville, went to her Heavenly home Monday, January 24, 2022, surrounded by her loving family.

She was born in Ravenna, Ohio, May 12, 1953, daughter of the late Rev. Eugene Foy Parker and Ruth Jeanette Ash Parker. Linda was an amazing wife, mother, nanny, sister and friend. She had attended Wilscot Baptist Church where her father was Pastor. She loved spending time with her family, cooking, traveling, writing poetry and taking pictures. She also had a Facebook page, "The Real Linnie's Place", where she shared daily devotions, recipes, jokes, and things from days passed. Mrs. Walls was preceded in death by her parents; grandparents, Rev. Coleman and Fannie Parker, Lester and Bertha Tritt, Mr. and Mrs. Ben Ash; and many aunts, Uncles and several precious friends.

Survivors include her devoted husband of 50 years, Greg Walls; beloved daughters, Amber Walls and Bethany Walls; precious grandchildren, Ansley Walls, Dylan Walls, Easton Walls and Trenton Bell; sister Carolyn Wilson (Orlando); nephew, Gene Wilson (Melissa); and niece, Stacy Stewart (Jason Stanfield) and several great nieces and nephews.

Private funeral services will be held Friday, January 28, 2022, at 12:00 PM from the Chapel of Barton Funeral Home with Rev. Jim Pinkard officiating. Interment will follow in Gordon Memorial Gardens, Calhoun.

R. Dudley Barton & Son Funeral Home, Adairsville, will be in charge of funeral arrangements for Mrs. Linda Jean Parker Walls.
