Obituary
Mr. London Ray Parson, age 51, of Adairsville, passed away Tuesday, November 25, 2014 at Cartersville Medical Center.
He was born in Atlanta, Georgia, May 11, 1963, son of Mary Harris Parson and the late Bobby Ray Parson. He was employed for many years with Marta Transit Systems and spent the greater part of his life in the Atlanta area. Mr. Parson was preceded in death by his father, Bobby Ray Parson.
Survivors include his mother, Mary H. Parson; sister, Kimberly Parson and several aunts, uncles, and cousins.
Graveside services will be held Friday, November 28, 2014 at 2:30 PM at the Piney Grove Baptist Church cemetery, Acworth with Rev. Jim Pinkard officiating.
The family will receive friends on Friday from 12:00 PM until 2:00 PM at Barton Funeral Home.
