Ms. Lori Anne Brasington, age 33, of 226 Stoner Road, Adairsville, passed away Friday evening, October 12, 2012, at the residence after a three year battle with cervical cancer.
Ms. Brasington was born in Rome, Georgia, July 2, 1979, daughter of Marion and Sandra Smith Brasington. She was a member of Snow Springs Baptist Church, a graduate of Adairsville High School, and attended Reinhart College. Ms. Brasington had a passion for music and loved to dance. Other interests included jewelry making, riding motorcycles and horses, and she especially enjoyed shooting. Most of all she loved spending time with her daughters. She was preceded in death by her grandparents, Edwin and Faye Smith and William and Ruth Brasington.
Survivors include two daughters, Kiah Montgomery Cantrell and Lila Jayce Cochran; parents, Marion and Sandra Brasington of Adairsville; a sister and brother-in-law, Robin (Casey McKinney) Brasington of Atlanta; two brothers and sister-in-laws, Scott (Heather) Brasington of Acworth and Eric (Danielle) Brasington of Adairsville; several nieces and nephews.
Funeral services will be held Tuesday, October 16, 2012, at 2:00 PM at Snow Springs Baptist Church, Adairsville with Rev. Ed Pasley officiating. The body will lie in-state at the church from 1:00 PM until 2:00 PM.

The family will receive friends Monday evening from 6:00 PM until 8:00 PM at Barton Funeral Home, Adairsville.
