Mrs. Viola Louise Millwood, age 87, of Adairsville, passed away Friday, December 1, 2023, at AdventGordon Hospital with her family at her side.

She was born in Adairsville, GA, October 31, 1936, daughter of the late, Jesse James Bramblett and Patsy Akins Bramblett. She was also preceded in death by her loving husband of 60 years, Robert Aaron Millwood; sons, Jessie Kenneth Millwood, Larry Keith Millwood, and Jackie Dean Millwood; brothers, J.C., Henry, Talmadge, and Roy Bramblett; and sisters, Lee Ella Fowler, Louvenia Self, and Lois Lipscomb.

Mrs. Millwood was a faithful Christian and member of the First Christian Church of Adairsville and past member of the First Christian Church Acworth. Louise greatest joy was her family, whom she loved dearly. She enjoyed cooking and was a talented quilter.

Survivors include her beloved sons, Michael Aaron Millwood, Sr. of Adairsville and Robert Edward Millwood and wife Kim of Woodstock; grandchildren, Kellie Cargile, Melissa Millwood, Bradley Millwood, Amber Durham, Tony Millwood, Christin Jones, Vanessa Millwood, Dalton Millwood, Michael Aaron Millwood, Jr., and Dylan Millwood; several great-grandchildren, nieces, and nephews also survive.

A celebration of Louise's life will be held will be held at a later date.
