Mrs. Margaret Gloria Raines Harmon, age 75, of Fairmount, passed away peacefully Tues day, Dec ember 6 , 2022.

She was born in Gordon County, Georgia, February 20, 1947, daughter of the late Clifford Raines and Virginia McMillan Raines. Mr s . Harmon is preceded in death by her parents; child, Amanda Summey; and brother, Horace Raines. Margaret loved spending time with her family, especially her grandchildren. She was an avid reader and enjoyed traveling and browsing antique shops. Mrs. Harmon will be dearly missed.

Survivors include her husband, James Harmon; daughter, Kim (Corey) Sutton, Bridgette (Randy) Gray, Sherry (Bart) Sears, and Angie Harmon; grandchildren, Emma Sutton, Collin Sutton, and Connor Sutton, Leigh (Nicole) Reed, Robbie Reed, Chelsea (Sawyer) Landers, Jacob (April) Franklin, Jessica (Morgan) McDaniel, and Hunter Sears ; and several great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews also survive.

Funeral services will be held Satur day, Dec ember 10 , 2022, at 2: 0 0PM from the chapel of Barton Funeral Home with Rev. John Podine officiating. Interment will follow in Vaughan Cemetery, White. Pallbearers will be Corey Sutton, Collin Sutton, Connor Sutton, Ronald Raines, Randy Gray, and Bart Sears.

The family will receive friends Saturday from 1:00PM until 2:00PM at Barton Funeral Home.
